The small and beautiful project will be connecting the initial foundation of the title of the research project.
Small and beautiful with focus predominantly on a small intermit scale project. Hence, we have the opportunity to find our own site and of course to consider the spatial requirements of developing project. The design process is not always straight forward, in many cases it tends to backwards more times than forward. We need to evidence the journey and findings through all kinds of sketching, model making of different kind of and scales and the continuous research and architectural case studies.
Moreover, the research topic i was researching is about how a space / design could affect human behavior and i found it very interesting. Therefore, to relate the research project to design studio i decided to turn an empty fire station into a gallery with several type of spatial design. To understand spatial design and how a space/design could affect lighting, noise, human behavior in a space i started with making models and study with it.
